College magazine drafts

These two images are my brief illustrations of how I wanted my college magazine to appear. I chose to use the top image due to the fact that I thought the mid shot would look more effective and professional.  Although I thought that the second image looked successful I preferred the mast head name of the first image because I thought that the name, college for a college magazine was to obvious and predictable.
