I took this mid shot image of my friend on my phone, I then emailed the picture to myself and saved it onto the computer. I then dragged the the image onto a photoshop document on a new page. I instructed her to position herself sideways because I thought it looked more professional and effective rather than her just similing to the camera, I also thought that an action shot of her reading would be more suitable for a college magazine.
